Payment policy

All goods have clear and transparent origin, imported directly from reputable manufacturers in the world.

  • Absolutely do not sell fake goods, counterfeit goods, or poor quality goods.
  • All shipments distributed by Taizhi Electric are quality tested at reputable inspection units and are licensed by the state.
  • Advise customers to choose the most effective product for each customer’s needs.
  • The price listed on the website is the price excluding VAT. The price is unified nationwide. All products sold are issued with VAT invoices (customers contact the store directly or use the information on the website to request an invoice for the business if available).
  • The price on the website is only guaranteed for delivery to areas across the country. Orders outside the province will have to pay additional shipping fees depending on the area.

A. Requirements for product return

1. Return conditions:

  • The customer paid but did not receive the goods.
  • Product is defective or damaged during shipping
  • The product is unsealed, delivered with incorrect quantity, information and design compared to the order.
  • The product has full accessories, accompanying documents (purchase documents, VAT invoice if any, user manual, warranty card…) and accompanying gifts (if any)
  • The product is not dirty, has no defects in appearance, and shows no signs of having been used.
  • The product was determined to be defective by Taizhi Electric technicians.

2. Conditions of goods that do not meet return requirements:

  • Customers want to change types and models without notice
  • Product damaged due to customer operating not following instructions
  • Customers themselves affect the external condition of the product such as cracks, breaks, scratches…
  • The product is defective in appearance after the customer has checked and confirmed receipt.

3. Time for exchange and return

  • Unless otherwise stated in the product description on the website, customers have 05 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

4. The time of return request will be based on:

  • If the customer brings/sends the product to the warranty center: the time is calculated when Taizhi Electric staff receives the product from the customer
  • If Taizhi Electric staff directly comes to pick up the goods at the customer’s home: the time is calculated when the staff confirms that the goods meet the return requirements.

5. Return costs

  • For products returned due to Taizhi Electric’s fault: customers will be exempted from return fees and receive free delivery to the location stated on the return request form.
  • For products returned due to customer’s change of usage needs, except in cases where the product introduction applies a return fee, customers will be exempted from return fees and will have to pay shipping fees according to Taizhi Electric’s delivery policy if they want to have the new product sent to the requested address.
